Three More Victories For Our Foreclosure Clients

May 31, 2017

The Estavillo Law Group had three more victories for our Foreclosure clients.

On Friday, May 26th we invoked the HBOR to stop Wells Fargo from foreclosing on our client’s property in Contra Costa County.

Yesterday we appeared in Alameda County Superior Court and were successful in defeating Defendants, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. and U.S. Bank National Association’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court adopted its tentative ruling and found that Defendants failed to carry their burden of establishing that they have a complete defense to our client’s lawsuit and failed to present admissible evidence in support of their Motion.

Today in Alameda County we were successful in stopping U.S. Bank with their lawful foreclosure and unlawful detainer action.

With over a 90% success rate in helping families stay in their homes, the Estavillo Law Group, PC continues to focus to undue the damages caused by the Financial Crisis.
