As the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of our Law Firm by working directly with the Firm management team to help recruit, hire and develop a talented team to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
You will provide proactive leadership in assessing and addressing current and anticipated HR needs by developing, recommending, and deploying effective solutions in concert with overall firm objectives. You will participate in strategic planning for the changing needs of the firm.
The successful candidate will be one who has experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferably having work in a services business) and is able to complete assignments under time sensitive deadlines with a “can do” positive attitude. The successful candidate is results oriented with a motivation to succeed, is highly organized, and has the ability to manage daily tasks along with long term projects.
