Caitlin Phair, Esquire joined the Estavillo Law Group in June of 2016 as an Associate Attorney. Caitlin brings with her extensive experience in research, writing and advocacy skills as well as a background in law hearings. A graduate of the San Francisco School of Law and Loyola Marymount University, Caitlin has represented clients in cases involving family law, consumer law, immigration law, and defense foreclosure, among others. Her practice has taken her around the world, advocating for clients in such far-away places as Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
Caitlin was one of several applicants who applied to be the new Associate Attorney at the Estavillo Law Group. Her primary responsibilities include drafting pleadings, appearing in court, conducting legal research, performing case analysis, and interacting with clients.
