The Estavillo Law Group Introduces New Associate Attorney, Caitlin Phair, Esquire

June 18, 2016

When the financial crisis of 2010 resulted in millions of homeowners losing their home, the Estavillo Law Group became committed to helping homeowners affected by the greed of Wall Street and the banks. With the passion to keep the American Dream alive and well for those facing foreclosure, Jason Estavillo, an experienced litigation specialist with over 25 years in the industry, found a dire need to represent homeowners throughout California including the counties of Alameda, San Francisco, Sonoma, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Orange, Los Angeles, San Mateo, Napa, Solano, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Sacramento, Yolo, Butte, Placer, Tuolumne, San Joaquin and San Diego.

What The Estavillo Law Group didn’t expect was the vast number of people who turned to the foreclosure litigation specialist to help them stay in their homes. Faced with losing their homes due to the power and corruption of illegal transfers of deeds of trust, unscrupulous practices, and exorbitant inflammation of mortgages, homeowners flooded Jason for help to fight the big banks and stay in their homes.

Undaunted and even more determined to fight against the big banks, The Estavillo Law Group expanded their practice to include a new lawyer.

Caitlin Phair, Esquire joined the Estavillo Law Group in June of 2016 as an Associate Attorney. Caitlin brings with her extensive experience in research, writing and advocacy skills as well as a background in law hearings. A graduate of the San Francisco School of Law and Loyola Marymount University, Caitlin has represented clients in cases involving family law, consumer law, immigration law, and defense foreclosure, among others. Her practice has taken her around the world, advocating for clients in such far-away places as Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Caitlin was one of several applicants who applied to be the new Associate Attorney at the Estavillo Law Group. Her primary responsibilities include drafting pleadings, appearing in court, conducting legal research, performing case analysis, and interacting with clients.

“What excites me the most about working at the Estavillo Law Group is the opportunity to delve into civic litigation and seeing the results of my day-to-day interaction with clients. It’s rewarding to witness the direct impact we have on their lives and alleviating their stress, especially when it comes to saving their homes.”

“Caitlin’s presence has made a difference in being able to help more clients,” adds Jason W. Estavillo. “Her passion and pursuit of justice has been an asset to our firm, as well as to the people who depend on us to represent them in keeping their American Dream alive.”
