With less than a week to prepare, we were able to quickly asses the case and persuade the court that there were significant problems with the contents and service of the Notice of Default. Although the lender appeared in court with evidence to substantiate their position, the Judge found that we raised sufficient deficiencies to justify issuance of the TRO and set a date for a preliminary injunction hearing.
