Big Win In San Francisco Yesterday

September 8, 2017

After being retained by our client less than a week ago, we successfully obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on our clients multi million dollar commercial real estate property that was facing imminent foreclosure.

With less than a week to prepare, we were able to quickly asses the case and persuade the court that there were significant problems with the contents and service of the Notice of Default. Although the lender appeared in court with evidence to substantiate their position,  the Judge found that we raised sufficient deficiencies to justify issuance of the TRO and set a date for a preliminary injunction hearing.  With moments to spare, The Estavillo Law Group served the auctioneer at the public auction with the TRO at the steps of City Hall.
