Robert Martinez

About

Robert Martinez is a Senior Associate at Estavillo Law Group’s Newport Beach office and focuses his practice on litigating real estate, business and intentional torts, and other real property disputes. Mr. Martinez is experienced with pre-litigation resolution, initial filing, targeted discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, trial preparation, and mediation. His extensive litigation experience reaches across both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Martinez represented and advised corporate entities, mortgage lenders and servicers, and national insurance companies on various matters involving risk analysis, liability, and settlement valuations. His wide-ranging practice has included product liability, premises liability, transportation, landlord-tenant disputes, wrongful foreclosure, consumer law, and title litigation. He now utilizes his expertise to protect his client’s property rights and help restore their future.
Mr. Martinez earned his J.D. from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law, and his B.S. from San Diego State University. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, and Northern Districts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
