Mark S. Hall is an accomplished Senior Attorney at Estavillo Law Group, bringing with him over three decades of legal expertise. Formerly a Partner at a large national litigation law firm, Mark has extensive litigation experience across California, specializing in areas such as real estate contracts, premises liability, and construction defect.

Prior to joining Estavillo Law Group, Mark, provided strategic legal guidance to private sector corporations, insurance carriers, and Fortune 500 companies. His work also included serving as Of Counsel for the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, offering legal advice and ethics instruction to over 1,000 members. Mark’s dedication to the legal profession extends to academia, where he served as an adjunct professor of business law, educating future generations of legal professionals.

Mark’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Studies from Pitzer College and a Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California and is affiliated with the Orange County Bar Association. Additionally, Mark has served as a Los Angeles County Court mediator and a Better Business Bureau-trained arbitrator, further demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
