Ignacio J. Lazo is a Senior Attorney at Estavillo Law Group, bringing decades of experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation and transactional matters. He has represented clients across a wide range of complex disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, real estate litigation, insurance coverage, and bankruptcy proceedings. Ignacio is also highly experienced in negotiating and drafting sophisticated agreements involving real estate transactions, financing, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Estavillo Law Group, Ignacio held senior roles at multiple law firms and served as Vice President and General Counsel for a multi-entity real estate and operations company, where he managed all legal, transactional, and compliance matters across a diverse portfolio of assets. Throughout his career, he has represented financial institutions, property owners, businesses, and investors in both state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions, bringing a strategic and solutions-oriented approach to each matter.

Ignacio earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Departmental Honors from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Ecology Law Quarterly. He is admitted to practice in California and multiple federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
