Chantilly Austin is the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Estavillo Law Group, where she oversees the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives to support the firm’s growth and culture. Known for her detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach, Chantilly oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and compliance. Chantilly is dedicated to fostering an engaging and supportive work environment where employees can thrive.

Before joining Estavillo Law Group, Chantilly held HR roles at several prominent law firms across California and Texas. In these roles, she successfully guided high-performing teams, led talent acquisition efforts, developed professional training programs, and implemented policies that improved workflow efficiencies and employee retention.

Chantilly earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. Outside of work, Chantilly enjoys community service, traveling, reading, fitness, and playing the viola.
