Case Name: Huang v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
Today, the Estavillo Law Group, PC, prevailed in Alameda County Superior Court, against Wells Fargo’s Demurrer to our Client’s complaint which alleges causes of action for wrongful foreclosure and to set aside the Trustee’s Sale. Prior to the foreclosure sale our Client’s home, our Client had reinstated her loan per the instructions provided to her by Wells Fargo. Despite this fact, Wells Fargo proceeded with and completed a wrongful foreclosure sale of our Client’s home. The Court’s ruling today essentially found that our Client’s complaint had properly plead each one of her causes of action, which means the case will now proceed and our Client will continue to be able to remain in her home while the litigation continues.
