Estavillo Law Group is excited to find our next Associate Attorney!
Estavillo Law Group is a rapidly growing Real Estate Litigation law firm with offices in Oakland, California and Newport Beach, California. We are looking for an attorney to join the team in our Oakland office on a hybrid schedule.
As our next Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced legal team covering all areas of Real Estate and Foreclosure Litigation. Our cases range from fighting to save our client’s home from the bank foreclosing on it, to negotiating neighbor disputes, to fighting in court to protect our client’s real property, and everything in between.

Responsibilities:
- Counsel and communicate with clients
- Attend remote and In-person court appearances
- Conduct mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
- Perform legal research and writing
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, judgments, etc
- Maintain billable hours requirements
We are offering this as a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our brand-new office located in downtown Oakland, just 2 blocks from the 12th street BART station. Our building hosts a number of amenities, including an on-site gym. Our suite also offers a friendly and supportive group of coworkers invested in the team’s success!
What Estavillo Law Group has to offer you:
- Competitive salary, DOE range $160,000-$180,000

Requirements:
- Active License to Practice Law in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years litigation experience
- Real Estate Law experience preferred
