Michael Arikat is a Jr. Associate Attorney at Estavillo Law Group, where he focuses his practice on real estate litigation, unlawful detainers, and property-related disputes. With a professional background that bridges real estate development, construction management, and law, Michael brings a multifaceted perspective to each case, enabling him to craft practical solutions and deliver strategic counsel that align with both legal and business goals.
Before joining Estavillo Law Group, Michael served as an Associate Attorney at a small Bay Area Real Estate law firm as well as owned and operated his own law practice. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles within construction and real estate firms, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects and property portfolios across multiple states.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Empire College School of Law, his Master of Science in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to being a licensed California attorney, he also holds a Real Estate Brokerโs License and a General Contractor (B-license), giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of real estate and construction.
