On February 9, 2019, Estavillo Law Group, were retained to stop a foreclosure on our Client’s home in Alamo against JP Morgan Chase.  Two days later on February 11, 2019, we appeared in the Contra Costa County Superior Court to seek a Temporary Restraining Order.  The Court found in our Clients’ favor and issued a Temporary Restraining Order halting any further foreclosure activity on the Property.
