Estavillo Law is Successful in Keeping Another Client in Their Home

On February 10, 2017, The Law Offices of Jason W. Estavillo, PC, appeared in the Alameda County Superior Court to seek a Temporary Restraining Order to cancel and enjoin a Trustee’s Sale scheduled for today at 12:00 P.M. The Court found in our Clients’ favor and issued a Temporary Restraining Order halting any further foreclosure activity on the Property.

Whether you are currently facing a foreclosure or are in jeopardy of defaulting on your loan which could lead to a foreclosure, it is extremely important for you to seek assistance to keep you and your family in your home. There are many laws and rulings that could affect the outcome of your situation, and only an experienced foreclosure attorney with knowledge of up-to-date court rulings, laws, and information on program relief should be consulted to handle your case.

Very refreshing to see there is a strong advocate for the average homeowner and that successes, that are within the scope of the law, are realized against the big banks and other financial institutions that have used unscrupulous and predatory practices in the mortgage industry!

    Great job!
