Kevin E. Fusch is an experienced and well-respected litigator whose focus on real estate law and business litigation has resulted in several successful victories. Kevin’s tenacious actions have resulted in favorable judgments over large companies, relieving financial burdens for his clients and eliminating their mortgage debt.

An advocate for his clients’ best interests, Kevin’s goal is to propel cases toward settlement to eliminate hassle, stress, and further undue hardship and anxiety. In the event the case must go to trial, Kevin performs his due diligence and comes prepared and motivated to bring justice to the system and his clients.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jason W. Estavillo, Kevin was formerly Litigation Counsel at Petersen Dean, Inc. As a representative of the company in construction defect cases, he worked closed with the CEO and top executives in sensitive company litigation. A highlight of Kevin’s career at Petersen Dean, Inc. was the resolution of a multi-million-dollar Federal lawsuit involving a global insurance company after years of contentious litigation.

Kevin’s further experience includes a small firm south of San Francisco where he represented individuals and companies in a variety of real estate matters. He secured a judgment in excess of one million dollars in a real estate fraud scheme, defended borrowers against receiverships and foreclosure actions, and prosecuted claims against homeowners’ associations.

Kevin is a former co-chair of the Real Estate Section of the California State Bar Association and has given continuing education lectures on foreclosure law. He is also a licensed real estate broker. Kevin lives in Orinda with his wife and daughter.

As a Senior Associate at The Law Offices of Jason W. Estavillo, P.C., Kevin will be instrumental in assisting clients and working with Jason and Caitlin to lead them to successful conclusion of their case.

Kevin’s skills and experience will be a great asset to clients looking for assistance with Foreclosure Law, Business and Commercial Law, and Real Estate Law.
